Oh Yes! which means it’s officially another week gone and a weekend to come with my crew!
Last weekend we waited for Daddy Lou to get home and the headed to the Lake!
Lola pretty much lacks sleep the entire weekend we’re at the lake, short naps, wake up early and go to bed late!! Did we mention she rarely even sleeps on the way there any more!
Saturday morning Lola woke up bright and early, thankfully Daddy Lou is used to those early morning hours with her because this mama needed some sleep!
As soon as I woke up about 9 we had a face time phone call from Aunt Taytay, her words “Give Lola the phone I’m pulling in the driveway!”
She arrived with donuts and and informed Lola that Gigi and Poppy were right behind her! 
Oh Happy Day!
We did some early morning fishing per Lola’s request and then for some time in the water! 
With snacks in tow of course!

Seriously, am I ever supposed to et used to this? 
My little twin…. she literally walked around with my phone and mumbled “words” on the phone! 
That afternoon it started storming and we stood on the porch and watched, it was the BEST storm (and i’m not even a storm lover)! 
The calm after the storm (and Lolas nap) was gorgeous!

How on Earth have a I raised a fishing girl? 
I think Milly has gained 10 pounds since out TJ left us… All these two do is this!
Lola spied an ant and then swore it crawled on her!
Girlfriends! 
The nex day Daddy Lou worked and worked and worked and Lola saw him jump in the water after cleaning off the dock… we were all the way at the top of the steps and she insisted she wanted to go jump with him! I figured when we got to the bottom she would change her mind…. 
Not a chance!
Girlfriend could not get enough of it and jumped over and over in her clothes, shoes bow and all!

Monday came and we were a hot mess but ready to hit up the grocery and then off to shop for Mrs. brittany since her Birthday is this week!!!

Tuesday we had a lunch date with baby Jadyn and Lola was SO excited!! 
Isn’t she already getting so BIG!! She is 6 weeks today!! 
Ok so we may have had several lunch dates this week and this one below even included Daddy Lou since he insists on lunch dates after a shots appointment for the girl!

Then we made cookies for Ms. Brittany’s birthday a little early since we were going to see her at gymnastics that night!
Yes, Lola literally “made them”! Oh how this makes me excited for the holidays already! Last year Lola used to sit in her bumbo and watch me and i thought it couldn’t get any better….
It just got better!!
To tell the truth she actually ate her first cookie from this batch too! I couldn’t believe it! She had eaten a sugar cookie before but was never interested in chocolate chip… until she saw Ms. Brittany do it of course!
She gets so excited when we head to the gym!
Happy early birthday to the girlfriends girlfriend! 
We hve had many long nights this week for the girlfriend but she has been such a trooper… or should I say we are the troopers since it doesn’t seem to bother Lo one bit to stay up late…. LOL
This weekend may not leave much rest for the weary either…. we are hoping to stay here but have a full list of To Do’s and also WANT to Do’s with the girl!
We haven’t told her yet but we’re hoping to take her to the aquarium Saturday!!
We’re still working on the fishy faces!!
