FYI: This is from Monday I believe but we had internet problems so I never posted!
------------------------------------------------------------------
It’s a good thing Lola has been into dressing up lately… Fall feels like it is coming early and we LOVE it!
Side Note: This is her absolute favorite place to play lately!
Friday came and we were so excited to take Ms. Brittany out for lunch at Japanese! Lola had not been since my birthday in9December when she was less than a year so i really wondered how she would do with the whole hibachi fire thing…
I also told her just before i got her shoes on, mommy didn’t wash her hair
Turns out she actually loved the hibachi fire and loved sitting right between me and her girlfriend!
How cute are they!?
I promised her “puppies” when we left Brittany to get her to come with me…. (there is a pet store right near where we ate lunch) as I pulled out the parking lot I realized…. this probably isn’t a good idea.
So I didn’t end up taking the girl… What Lola doesn’t know is just like her name slogan “whatever Lola wants', Lola gets” it’s kind of that way for her mama too… I knew I couldn't handle wanting a puppy right then because i would certainly have come home with it… I’m not so sure Milly or her daddy are ready for that just yet.
Her other new thing… after lunch EVERY day since this ay (Friday) she want to hold my hand and chase Milly around with her grocery cart! It’s pretty hilarious and they go at it for at least 30 minutes each time!
I took a hundred snapchat videos but i don’t think i saved any of them!
That night it was daddy’s favorite adventure of all… the Friday night concert series in the square!
The weather was PERFECT and we got the LAST spot available in the parking garage… literally! Naturally it was on the rooftop and we arrived jut as the sun was going down! We also had the right idea with picking up Pizzas instead of trying to pack, cook and bake all day AND load it up to bring out there…. Hello EASY! The girlfriend looks at the camera!!!!
….So the photo shoot continues!!
We finally mosied on down to our area and got et up jut as the music was starting! Lola started dancing as soon as she head it!
I don’t know why we bother bringing Lola her own “kid chair” she ALWAYS ends up wanting our chairs!
That face (below) could not be any sweeter and i couldn’t pick my favorite!
As the night went on she only got more wound up!!! She also ate about 10 crackers with Port Wine cheese!
Daddy was doing his usual hovering so I finally got time to sneak in some Jadyn loving!
Jadyn’s first concert!
It is so crazy to think that just a few weeks ago she was in Kayla’s belly here in the very same place!
She was the most alert yet! She was eating like a chunker monk (of course) and looking around everywhere! Her head is getting SO wobbly too!
Saturday it was absolutely beautiful and Daddy Lou was eager to take us to a new BIG park by his work!
Lola didn’t nap that day because she decided to take her poopy diaper off instead….. Alex found her screaming in her room and handing him the diaper….. SO a big drive to the park was just what she needed instead!
We were literally shocked when we turned around to find this!!! Write it down.
Lou LOVES getting her out of her carseat when she is asleep! It’s so funny because i can remember him always wanting to be the one to get Ana out of her carseat when she was this age too!
Besides her being sick she has honestly NEVER done this!!!!
I took a MILLION pictures because I was so shocked she continued to stay like this! Usually she is UP and ready regardless of her amount of sleep as soon as she gets out the car!
Lou was IN heaven…. and I KINDLEY let him have it this time!
I instantly fell in love with the park, it had the best play area and it was surrounded by the pier and swings over-looking the river… there was even a dock with quacks!
She still wasn’t perking up even after seeing the kids so i figured we would milk it for as long as we could and swing a bit…. It was the perfect remedy and we were soaking it all in! I don’t think will ever forget this day for this simple reason! Bless it.
Our view from the swings! Snack time too!
Sure, give her to me now that she’s awake with sticky fingers! The girl is ALIVE and finally decided to see what all this talk was about! Sliding to daddy, the only time he leaves her at a playground EVER is to wait at the bottom of the slide… Poor Lola!
Then we promised Lola we would see some quacks and we ended up seeing a bunny too! We met the nicest family who thought Lo was BEAUTIFUL so she even asked to take a family picture of us! I said “Sure, thank you!” just as Ale said “we’re fine, thank you!” I had to take a panoramic before we left!
Just as we were leaving Alex noticed “supposedly” that her toe was purple. That some how led to this and my only hope is that before she becomes the age that this is completely embarrassing he will calm down.
Here’s probably the best video I have EVER taken to leave you with… your welcome in advance!
