We have MANY birthday to catch up on since I have been MIA from blog town! Two out of three were in our own house and had Lola come on her due date it would be al of us!!
So here’s to the winter babies and lots of celebrating and over-eating!
Sister was SO excited to decorate for my birthday!
She was SO excited to sing to me and give me a present that she had picked out ALL by herself (with Gigi)!
We had a few different celebration's naturally! Mexican ALWAYS has to be involved!
The very next weekend was Gramas birthday and we went on a hayride (in the FREEING cold) to see tons of Christmas lights and a petting zoo!
Grama’s real birthday fell on a Sunday so we joined her at her church that morning for a “Sounds of Christmas” concert that was AMAZING! They had ballerinas, plays and singers of all ages…. it was literally HUGE!
Sissy REFUSED to cooperate for a picture but I just loved her little coat so at least we got one of her in it!
We had our young lady friends birthdays too!! LOL We celebrated Aunt Kayla’s at our favorite wood fired pizza and JJ’s at a fun downtown seafood restaurant!
Then it was time for Daddy’s Lou’s birthday which actually fell on a weekend! It also fell on the day after our 6 month check up!
Saturday Morning Lola could NOT wait to start celebrating Daddy’s birthday! So we started with blueberry muffins for breakfast complete with candles and the birthday son (about 5 times)!
That day we had Ethan’s birthday party and then that night it was back to celebrating daddy Lou!
Jadyn was SO interested in baby Ollie! It’s crazy to think Jadyn is the same age here (+ a month) that Lola was when she met Jaddyn)!
Meanwhile, 18 months later Lola still thins Jadyn is her real life baby doll!
One more round of birthday cake before bed for daddy!
Sunday we celebrated a little early for Gigi since she would be back home for her real birthday!!
When we got ready to leave the house Lola disappeared and came back with a bag full of babies saying “I bring these to decorate for the party”…. girl loves a party!
Gigi loved the New Orleans themed restaurant (and praline cheesecake)! It was already decorated for Mardi Gras and Lola just swooned over that so she decided we would have her birthday dinner there!
I thin I officially was a GENIUS with this year’s birthday present (that came late)…. a side kick seat for Sissy on daddy’s bike!
She LOVES it ad so does he!
As soon as he comes home from work he can’t wait to scoop her up and put her on it! They love going to the library and it’s now become “their thing”!
So mama gets some mama time and they get some… well… Lola and Daddy time!
Cheers winter babies!
