We have had a never ending to do list at the house lately but with Lola it seems it will never be done so we gladly traded checking things off the list with yet another fun “first” for Lola! I decided we were going to brave the pool… literally- the pool water! I have been so worried about putting Lola in the water anywhere because of the chemicals or a crazy bacteria that could be growing but we set our fears aside and braved faced our fears!
We I survived and she loved it!
I am so regretting buying all the cute little bathing suits this year! I must have bought her a dozen and i think she has worn two or three….if they don’t have sleeves (preferably long sleeves_… Lola isn’t wearing it! Unless of course its a night time swim- I’m so paranoid about her getting burned!
So far so good and thank goodness because Lola loves the water! Lou was the one who technically took her in for her first dip and you can only imagine what was in his other hand….that damn camera!
Kayla thankfully joined us and snapped a few family pics of Lolas first dip!
Lolas float was a hit!
Originally I wanted Lola to take a nap and then play in the pool BUT after 40 minutes of fighting the nap we had given up on it and just put her in the pool! Little did I know she was waiting to get in the pool to take her nap!
She slept in her float about 45 minutes and then woke up ready to eat! I love “belly full snuggles” but sacrificed them for Lou this time! Isn’t this just the sweetest!?!?!
Oh wait… it does! Help at the pool is the sweetest gift ever!
Happy Mommy makes for happy babies!
Oh yeah and thanks to daddy our ride home was part of the adventure too! He made sure we rode home from the pool in style!
… there went the neighborhood!
That night we got ready to go drink to Top Golf! I was so excited, JJ had told me about one in Austin and Lou had been wanting to go to a driving range so it was perfect!
Lola was all dolled up for her big night out!
I have decided between being the first baby of our Atlanta friends and having Lola stay home with her nanny while im away she is fully and completely….. spoiled!
Seriously the cutest picture ever!
Lola loved the rooftop and it could not have been a prettier day!
We got our bay and the boys bribed us to come off the rooftop to actually play golf… boo!
The food was amazing and the ladies pretty much drooled over the 18 page menu while the boys played golf!
Family pic before passing the baby and putting Lolas Jams on! Pass the baby!
Lola had a thing for Jeff! Have I gotten good or what!??!?!
We changed Lola into her Jammies and Uncle Lance helped put her to sleep!
Thanks for the photo bomb Jeff!
I love how close these 3 still are!
Lola was such a good girl, she took her bottle and passed out around 9 in her stroller and was out for the rest of the night!
Sunday we woke up and baked away! I have wanted to do this for YEARS with Lola and she is finally old enough to sit in her bumbo and “help me”! She honestly loves watching me in the kitchen and i love having her company!
Bath time and ready for another week, I cant believe my baby is 21 weeks!
We hope everyone had a happy 4th! More of that and Lola turning 5 months old to come!
