We love Thanksgiving every year but this year, a month after sharing we were pregnant with our rainbow baby and finally making it out of the first ever so scary trimester it was an extra thankful Thanksgiving.
My other favorite part BY FAR was getting to see this guy for the first time in almost a year!!!
We sure missed him!
These two were so glad to have some “farm life” time together since around this time daddy started working extra long and hard days…
We played outside all day, ate and then headed back outside!
The weather was amazing- actually it was even hot!
Poor Lola, baby girl just wants to eat! She was the first one to sit down, I swear this happens every year!
This is one of my favorite pics of Sissy!
Gigi and Poppy got her an early Christmas present- naturally..
That evening we went to visit Lola’s BFF… we both of them…. Henley and her kitty! As soon as we walked in the door Henny screamed “Wowa’s here!!”
Poor Henny, she just wants Lola to play with her and Lola just wants that sweet kitty!
Friday we did some very leisure “Black Friday” shopping nd got Sissy a good southern Vandy’s meal at where else- Statesboro Mall of course!
First fried pickle (with ranch of course) was a hit! Welcome to Statesboro baby girl!
Lola shopped til’ she dropped AND met Hoho! We did a trial run for her to sit with him and she actually did it (I literally already lost the picture, but she did it!)
The next day we headed to Savannah to meet Lola’ cousins and Nutty and Jammy for brunch!
The praline sauce you see on the right was to. die. for!
…which is always an excuse for presents right!?
Poor Lola, she woke up about 3 in the morning the night before and was crying so hard she spit up- like throw up but not as much…. We weren’t sure if it was from getting so upset or from not feeling good but the next day she was just pitiful!
She pushed through and we were so proud of her but she had some VERY pitiful moments hat I couldn’t help capture the adorableness of them…. Bless her heart I think daddy bought about 7 of those roses! He doesn’t do well when we don’t feel good, you will learn you can sucker him into just about anything if your sick Lo!
Henny and her sweet family came and we got to meet them afterwards to take the ferry to go see the gingerbread houses at the Westin!
I love this pic of us looking at our girls!
(oh and yes, we pretty much gave her paci and lovie the entirety of that day- thank god for paci and lovie!)
Love the feeling of one on the hip and one in the belly…. love, love, love it!
Sweet little BFF’s!Mama’s favorite part of Thanksgiving (and mine too) these lovies all by my side!
We just had to get an all together pic for mama before heading out! It was an amazing Thanksgiving and we are so glad we all got to be together!
Moving on! I gotta catch up before sisters birthday!
